Shawn Abramovitz
is the Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal Commercial Realty Toronto office. With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, he brings an extensive wealth of knowledge in the various asset classes in land and investment sales across North America. Working closely with high profile REIT’s, private investors, owners and developers, Shawn has completed over $100 Million worth of commercial real estate transactions in the past few years. He is well versed in key aspects of land and investment sales and his up-to-date market knowledge has allowed him to transact within various investment and land asset classes. One of Shawn’s marque deals was selling Pembroke Mall for a well-known and respected landlord.
Shawn also has a strong background in office leasing and has assisted both Landlord and Tenants with their office leasing needs. He has worked with Fortune 500 company tenants, and has leased over one million square feet of office space. He is well versed in providing both tenants and landlords with the most practical and efficient strategies.
Shawn has a comprehensive understanding of the Retail landscape in Ontario, and is actively involved with our many retail listings. His aggressive and strategic marketing tactics have allowed him to work with some of the most respected Landlords in Canada.
Shawn is the founding partner of Pivotal Commercial Realty Toronto and leads the expansion of PCR into other Canadian markets.
